The Reality of the Role (Schedule Details):

• Shifts: Currently hiring for night operations only. Openings start at 18:00 (6 PM) and 21:00 (9 PM). No first shift available.
• Hours: Steady 8 to 14-hour days.
• Weekends: Saturday dispatch is required 3 times per month.

Compensation Breakdown:

Starting Wage $27.50/hr

• Year 1: $28.18/hr
• Year 2: $29.05/hr
• Year 3+: $30.50/hr

Requirements:

• Must live within 50 miles of Fort Wayne, IN.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
• Flexibility to work any assigned shift/hours.
