Job Description:

We are seeking qualified Class A CDL drivers for a high-paying, reliable Dedicated Fleet operating out of the Baltimore, MD distribution center. This position offers consistent freight, excellent weekly pay, and predictable home time with a top-tier carrier.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Weekly Average Pay: $1,500 – $2,090 per week (dependent on mileage and stops)
• Pay Structure: Competitive Cents Per Mile (CPM) + Stop Pay
• Consistent year-round freight (recession-proof account)

Home Time & Schedule:

• Home Time: Reliable 34-hour weekly reset, with the potential for 2 to 3 days home throughout the week.
• Average Miles: 1,900 miles per week.
• Operating Area: Delivering to locations in PA, DE, NY, NJ, WV, VA, NC, and Washington DC.
• Please note: This fleet strictly features no deliveries into New York City or the boroughs.

Equipment & Freight:

• Top-of-the-line sleeper trucks equipped with automatic transmissions.
• Pulling 53' dry van and reefer trailers.
• No-touch freight involving a mix of live load/unload and drop-and-hook.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must have personal transportation to commute to the distribution center in Baltimore, MD for dispatch (trucks must be parked at the distribution center during home time).
