Unload Pay: $245 per load (100% touch freight).
Stop Pay: $25 per stop (3 to 7 stops per load / 3 loads per week).
Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul.
Paid Orientation: 1-week shadow training / ride-along paid at $150/day.

Home Weekly: Predictable schedule with a full 34-hour weekly reset at home.
Shift: Early morning start times, delivering throughout the day.
Operating Area: Multi-state regional routes covering AL, GA, IN, IL, KY, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, and WV.
Equipment: Well-maintained, late-model fleet (Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths).

License: Valid Class A CDL.
Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years.
Physical Work: 100% touch freight. Must be physically able to handle a box-by-box live unload using a roller system.
Safety & Background: Accidents and tickets will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
